Professional operational service delivery and business management knowledge to degree equivalent plus further management experience or training to post graduate diploma level or equivalent Desirable criteria
MCIPS Qualified or working towards Membership of Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) or other appropriate professional institute or relevant experience Experience Essential criteria
Extensive experience managing and leading projects Desirable criteria
Significant experience managing and leading projects Skills & Knowledge Essential criteria
Experience of negotiation, data analysis, stakeholder management and change management Desirable criteria
