Permanent, Full-time Job Summary As a Senior Electrical Project Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and execution of electrical systems for a diverse range of projects. Your role will involve managing all aspects of electrical engineering, from initial concept through to project completion, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and other engineering disciplines to deliver customised solutions that exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from conception to completion. Develop customised electrical solutions tailored to client needs. Ensure all electrical designs comply with industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into overall project designs. Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical systems on-site. Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality and safety. Maintain clear and open communication with clients, providing regular project updates. Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Project Engineer or similar role in the construction or engineering industry. In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices. Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in electrical design software and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members. A commitment to sustainability and innovative engineering solutions. Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
