Business Partnering to the North Region Managing Director and operational and commercial teams providing quality financial analysis and support. Drive development of appropriate KPIs and make use of these to drive accurate and incisive management reporting and business decisions. Supporting the preparation of budgets and forecasts supporting the North Region Commercial Finance Director and Managing Director and liaising with other members of the Finance, Commercial and Operations team. Ad hoc analysis and costings in support of the North Region Commercial and Operational teams. Support the commercial team in pricing discussions and other commercial issues. Support the preparation of business cases for any acquisition and new branch opening projects. Preparation of accurate and insightful management information with appropriate KPIs, including revenue and margin analysis. Maintaining a continual focus on ensuring that information is presented in the most useful way possible and that any issues identified which would enable management to improve business performance are appropriately reported. Support the Commercial Finance Director and wider finance team as required. What you'll have:
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA). Positive enthusiastic approach with a can-do attitude. Proven track record of succeeding in a deadline driven environment. High level of accuracy and good attention to detail. Strong excel, analysis and presentation skills. Committed to continuous improvement. Excellent communication and organisation skills. Good customer service skills. Ability to multitask and prioritise workload. Independent, self-motivated and organised; with an ability to work as part of a remote team.
