We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our Agency at Bath NHS Trust. As an RMN, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality mental health care to patients in a supportive and innovative environment. Provide high-quality care to patients with a wide range of mental health needs. Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care. Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans. Support patients with daily activities and recovery programs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment. Follow all NHS policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care. Requirements:

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC pin. Experience working in a mental health setting is preferred; candidate must have 6 months of NHS experience. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues. A commitment to high standards of care and professionalism.
