As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll: Identify and build relationships with high-calibre candidates and leading clients in the Banking & Finance sector. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing talent to facilitating successful placements. Collaborate with experienced professionals to deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Thrive in a supportive, office-based environment designed to nurture your skills and confidence. What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking ambitious graduates who meet the following criteria: A-Levels:

Strong academic performance (A-C grades preferred). Degree:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field. Experience:

6 to 12 months of Sales or Business-to-Business experience is a plus but not essential. Attributes:

Confidence, resilience, and a proactive approach to handling challenges. Skills:
