Job summary
You will be responsible for dealing with around 30 patient contacts per day using a range of consultation methods including face to face, telephone, and video consults.
You will be an independent prescriber and up to date with current prescribing guidance and NICE guidelines.
You will independently assess, take history and diagnose a range of ongoing and acute presentations as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
