The Role We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our thriving Resi Conveyancing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload, supporting clients through the entire conveyancing process. We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate their expertise as a fee earner, while also building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your ability to network and grow your own client base will be vital to your success in this role. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in our Bridgwater office, alongside a dedicated Legal Assistant, contributing to the continued success of our residential conveyancing team. Key Responsibilities: Manage and progress residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish. Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service at all times. Network locally and generate new business opportunities. Work collaboratively with the existing team to meet client needs and support the growth of the department. Essential Skills & Experience: A qualified Residential Conveyancer with significant experience as a fee earner. Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to network and develop business relationships to build and maintain a caseload. Desirable: Experience in managing complex new build conveyancing processes. Experience in agricultural conveyancing would be advantageous but not essential.
