Sheffield About the firm and Role: Our client, a leading and values-led accountancy firm, is looking for a corporate solicitor to join the team at their Sheffield office. This role will be multifaceted where you will work on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers & acquisitions, disposals, shareholders’ agreements, corporate resignations, joint ventures, as well as general company/commercial matters. You will work with an array of businesses ranging from start-up through growth and succession. A diverse and forward-thinking firm that lives their core values day in and day out.
