My client is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of a prestigious high-end residential project near Oxford. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing luxury residential builds, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard, on time, and within budget. This role demands a detail-oriented individual with excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities

Project Management: Oversee all aspects of on-site construction, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, designers, and clients to achieve the desired vision and functionality. Team Leadership: Manage and supervise on-site personnel, subcontractors, and trades. Promote a safe, efficient, and productive working environment. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments. Quality Assurance: Maintain impeccable quality control, focusing on craftsmanship and finish. Address defects or issues promptly to uphold the luxury standards expected. Scheduling and Budget Management: Create and maintain project timelines and milestones. Monitor costs, ensuring the project stays within budget. Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and external parties. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders. Skills and Experience Required

Qualifications: Relevant construction or project management qualification (e.g., HNC/HND, NVQ Level 6/7, SMSTS certification). First Aid certification (preferred). Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience managing high-end residential projects. Strong understanding of luxury finishes, bespoke designs, and intricate detailing. Skills: Excellent organisational and leadership abilities. Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and technical drawings. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Attributes: Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality. Ability to resolve issues swiftly and effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
