Qualifications: Relevant construction or project management qualification (e.g., HNC/HND, NVQ Level 6/7, SMSTS certification). First Aid certification (preferred). Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience managing high-end residential projects. Strong understanding of luxury finishes, bespoke designs, and intricate detailing. Skills: Excellent organisational and leadership abilities. Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and technical drawings.
