4 Day Shift Pattern (7am-7pm)
A leading solutions provider in the energy sector is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team in the Falkirk area. This role offers an exciting opportunity to maintain and repair cutting-edge recycling machinery and equipment. The position operates on a rotating 4-day on, 4-day off shift pattern (7am to 7pm), with occasional callouts. Permanent contracts may be offered based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance and respond quickly to machinery breakdowns.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing lean methodologies.
Ensure safe working practices and collaborate effectively with contractors.
Maintain critical plant equipment, including conveyors, generators, compressors, and pumps.
Troubleshoot and repair faults, providing efficient and cost-effective solutions.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Expertise in electrical, control, or plant engineering.
Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing faults and performing maintenance/repairs.
Excellent communication skills and collaborative team player.
Computer literate.
