NVQ level 2 or higher in a Construction trade / City & Guilds 6219 –07. Substantial experience of all aspects of Groundwork/Multi trade maintenance works and Responsive Repairs. A strong, demonstrable commitment to excellent customer service. A full UK driving licence. Ideally educated to GCSE level or equivalent. Good and relevant health and safety knowledge.
