About the Role:

Our local client is looking for someone to join their busy and friendly Engineering team as an Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing thriving business that values their staff and has strong development pathways. The ideal candidate will have a drive to learn and grow both in the role and with the company. They will possess initiative, be a team player, and contribute to a positive and friendly work environment.

Duties:

Provide administrative support for the business Provide support for customers Sales order processing in SAP Booking orders Confirming orders to customers Providing quotations Following up quotations Liaising with sales team, customers, and headquarters Follow the complete order process through to on-time delivery to the customer

Candidate Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with main IT packages, SAP Enterprise, Outlook, MS Teams, CRM (Salesforce)
