As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving growth through high-impact email marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work alongside a team of talented marketers to push boundaries and deliver outstanding results.
Main Duties
Developing and executing email marketing programmes. Segmenting data, testing campaigns, and deploying strategies to enhance customer relationships and drive growth. Creating and optimizing nurture programmes, continuous campaign testing, and analyzing performance to improve conversion rates and ROI. Collaborating with marketing leadership to monitor KPIs and campaign metrics. Maintaining the email marketing calendar and supporting digital marketing initiatives. Managing the marketing automation platform and staying updated on industry trends. Supporting marketing operations programmes and keeping marketing colleagues informed on scheduling and potential conflicts.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position must have a strong background in marketing automation and digital marketing. Ideally, you will be proficient in managing platforms like HubSpot and CRM tools and have experience with social media tools. The candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively with colleagues.
