Main Duties: Support referrals for the area you are assigned to, carrying out comprehensive assessments and developing perinatal specialist mental health care plans. Monitor and support women during pregnancy or post-natal stages, maintaining communication with health providers. Plan care programme approach (CPA) reviews. Attend and cover key functions in the team. Provide support to colleagues with complex cases and escalate concerns to Safeguarding partners. Keep up to date with specific specialist perinatal research. Plan and deliver direct patient care with minimal supervision. Manage a caseload and provide mental health care services. Ensure accurate recording of mental health records. Work within the multi-disciplinary team and form partnerships with other care providers. Empower service users and/or carers to make informed decisions about their care.
