Fit Out / Construction Project Director - Client Facing
Client Facing Project Director – Fit out Construction, £600-650 per day outside IR35, 12 Month Contract, Bournemouth 12 month contract role for client facing project director. The projects are major refurbishment of offices and campus. You will need to be experienced in front of senior client side stakeholders and also knowledgeable about fit out delivery and construction. Experience working on major projects in a consulting / client facing position is key and ability to influence, communicate and engage stakeholders. You would need proven examples of project management at a senior / director level. This would be on site 4-5 days per week in Bournemouth, outside IR35 and circa £650 per day, initial term 12 months with a view to extend. This is a fairly quick start so unfortunately long notice periods would not be considered. Seniority Level
