Site Reliability Engineer / Technical Analyst

Fort Worth, Texas - Hybrid Bright Purple are on the lookout for an experienced Azure Infrastructure professional to join our client's new Texas office. You will be joining an experienced team who deliver the company's global Azure network. You'll be working closely with their Scottish office and get the chance to travel across the pond for some initial training. What you'll be doing:
Oversee Azure production/staging environments, ensuring system health and availability. Develop and maintain infrastructure and application management tools. Keep systems securely patched and up-to-date. Suggest and implement automation to streamline processes. Enhance security, reliability, quality, and delivery of hosted software solutions. Monitor and improve system performance to anticipate customer needs and drive service improvement. Deliver primary operational support for applications and services. Participate in on-call rotations to handle incidents and support operations teams. What we are looking for:
Experience in delivering critical, high-availability services. Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services. Background in IT Operations/System Administration. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation. Proactive in identifying issues, optimizing performance, and improving systems. Familiarity with relational databases, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL querying, and Agile methodologies. Experience with ISO 27001 or NIST Security Frameworks. Knowledge of ITIL principles (v3 or v4) is desirable. This is a hybrid role, with 2/3 days per week being onsite; therefore, we can only consider candidates who are within traveling distance. Please note this role does include an on-call rota. On offer is a salary of $100,000 - $120,000, depending on experience. Apply today for immediate consideration.
