The Field Service Technician will be responsible for: Develop and implement solutions to resolve problems efficiently on-site. Identify and diagnose diverse technical issues encountered by customers. Carry out comprehensive maintenance and repair tasks for high-precision machinery. Ensure that equipment continues to meet operational requirements and technical specifications. Perform machine and component commissioning tasks, ensuring smooth integration and operation. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and building strong client relationships. Offer support through technical advice and proactive solutions. The Field Service Technician should have the following qualifications: Several years of experience in field service, including maintenance, repair, and commissioning of machinery (preferably lathes or milling machines). Skilled in CNC controls (e.g., Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, or MAPPS). Strong customer service skills, with a friendly and collaborative approach.
