The Role: As a Site Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring QA compliance, following Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and liaising closely with the works examiner team to maintain exceptional quality throughout the project. Monitor and oversee the construction of bridges, retaining walls, and other structural components to ensure precision and durability. Setting Out:

Perform occasional setting out tasks to support accurate execution of structural elements. Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive records of QA checks, inspections, and any non-conformities, ensuring traceability and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Health & Safety:

Enforce strict adherence to health and safety policies, mitigating risks associated with structural works on highways.

Who We're Looking For: To excel in this role, you should possess: Qualifications:

HNC, degree-level education, or equivalent experience in Civil Engineering with a focus on structures. Specialised Experience:

Demonstrated expertise in delivering structural works on highways projects, with a deep understanding of QA processes and requirements. Quality Focus:

A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to ensuring all structural work meets exacting standards. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in setting out techniques and an understanding of construction processes for highways structures. Problem-Solving:

A proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality-related issues with minimal impact on project timelines.

This role is perfect for an engineer with a passion for quality assurance in structural engineering and a proven track record in highways projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
