As Field Service Engineer, you will be expected to travel throughout the Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Northants, Warwickshire, and Midlands region and perform a mixture of on-site service, preventative maintenance, calibration, repair, and installation of centrifuges, incubators, pumps, vacuum concentrators, and agitators within hospitals, universities, and research establishments. You will also be responsible for completing service reports and calibration certificates. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess a mechanical aptitude; the ability to follow strict instructions in a thorough and methodical manner, and preferably possess previous experience of working within a field service/engineering-based role. Individuals with previous experience of working on laboratory equipment/instruments, medical equipment, dental equipment, autoclaves, weighing scales, photocopiers, compressors, refrigeration equipment, or within a PAT testing capacity would be of distinct interest, though not essential as full product training is provided. You will possess a full UK driving licence, be happy to travel on business with overnight stays, and demonstrate strong written communication and customer service skills.
