Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Cost Consultancy line, an integral part of their Building Consultancy department. The team is supportive and friendly, promoting professionalism, personal development, and enjoyable working relationships. It consists of surveyors who sit in the wider Cost Consultancy Sectors.
Progression to Senior Surveyor will mean working on some of the most exciting new build and fit-out projects, creating inspiring interiors for some of the most valuable clients.
Responsibilities and Role Overview:
Feasibility and Order of Cost Estimating Formal Cost Planning Preparation of Tender and Contract Documentation Development Monitoring Reinstatement Cost Assessments Attending Client Meetings & assisting in the development of junior-level staff Key Requirements and Specifications:
Ideally recently MRICS qualified but will consider candidates approaching their APC level Good appreciation of Quantity Surveying matters Ability to understand the basics of the local and wider property markets Demonstrated experience in a similar role Organized and able to prioritize tasks accordingly Ability to build, develop, and maintain existing business and client relationships This opportunity offers excellent career prospects with rapid progression in a vibrant office, and the potential to develop and take responsibility for a rapidly growing service line.
