What You’ll Do as an Agricultural Engineer: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with agricultural machinery and systems. What We’re Looking For in an Agricultural Engineer: Qualifications : NVQ Level 2 or higher in
Land-Based Engineering . Candidates with 10+ years of current relevant experience are also welcome. Experience : Proficiency with diagnostic tools in
agricultural machinery
is advantageous. Skills : Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and excellent customer communication skills. Team Player : Willingness to support the team, particularly during
busy harvest seasons
