Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor
to join our team at the China Fleet Country Club, which is set in 180 acres of beautiful Cornish countryside, just 15 minutes from Plymouth's city centre. We are a Country Club that offers accommodation, fitness & leisure, golf, dining, hair & beauty, weddings, conferences, and events. Responsibilities: Natural customer service skills are essential along with sound product knowledge. This role will involve all areas including our Brasserie, The Cabin Café, Lounge Bar, Conferences, Weddings, and Events, and may include some duty management cover. You will be a good communicator and have a natural desire to ensure that you, your team, and your product are of the utmost professionalism and quality at all times. Qualifications: Good levels of relevant experience in a similar environment are preferred but not essential. A Food Hygiene Certificate, Personal Licence, and a First Aid at Work Certificate would be an advantage. Must be 18 and over due to serving alcohol unsupervised. Working Hours: Hours are 40 a week, straight shifts 5 days out of 7, will include evenings and weekends.
