As a whole, the sales team is responsible for meeting the growth goals of the company in terms of the sale of products, subscriptions, services, and so on. Sales Executive Responsibilities: Customer retention Order processing Complaint processing Process sample requests CRM maintenance Stock checks Promoting our brand using social media Keep price lists updated in the system Further relationships with customers to up-sell or cross-sell Create communication forums to address off-cycle problems and close gaps to plan Communicate with relevant departments such as production, planning, and logistics to ensure orders are delivered to customers according to deadlines Update customers on any delays and provide alternative solutions Other relevant duties may include providing support to our financial department in collecting debts Register any sales activities such as calls, opportunities, and quotes in our system, Navision Sales Executive - Qualifications/Experience: Manufacturing-based sales or sales of manufactured goods across distribution, with some account management experience Good communication skills; international sales experience is desirable Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Fluency in French Working Hours:
