We are working with luxury French Linen brand who focus implicitly on their rich heritage, craftsmanship and the finest materials.
As a full-time Sales Associate in their Flagship Boutique, you will be dynamic and versatile in your approach as you curate memorable experiences for every customer – on-line and in-store.
The Role:
Working towards sales targets and KPI’s
Focusing on clientelling – building and maintaining strong relationships
Working closely with clients, offering advice and creative initiative
Cross selling
Dealing with customer enquiries
Completing administrative duties
Booking couriers and invoicing
Processing payments and refunds
Adhering to stock and operational duties
Supporting with visual merchandising and product displays
About You:
Proactive and willing to learn
Ability to problem solve
Ability to multi-task and prioritise
Adept with time management and organisation
Excelling verbal and written communication
Proficient in Microsoft
