Contract type: 6 month fixed term contract
MISSION
Operational support for the National Account Manager (NAM), wider Commercial Team and Field Team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and collate weekly sales reports, gathering and sharing key retail context, category information and store performance detail to identify retail drivers & drainers.
Undertake ad hoc reporting and analysis in response to business needs.
Work closely with retail partners to plan and facilitate the successful launch of all NPD throughout the year, submitting required forms and selling in sufficient stock to deliver against targets.
Work closely with the NAM to support finance and align on trade/YEB forecasts and ensure generation of purchase orders for retailer promotional funding and retailer marketing activity is raised within a timely manner.
Support in the setting up of retailer promotions and activations in line with retailer deadlines.
Prepare communication for field teams to support all new launches and upcoming activations within our retailer cluster.
Have full ownership of GWP & Samples/Beauty box activations.
With the NAM review retailer orders for fulfilment, working with the Order Management & Supply team to resolve any issues.
Management and execution of excess list (obsolete stock and TOA’s).
Complete review of SOH across all retailers & Brands and support Field stock request queries from ASM.
Support the commercial interns on new line form set up.
COMMERCIAL TEAM SUPPORT
Populate monthly brand report with retail and gross sales information as well as launch performance including ad hoc requests from EMEA / Marketing.
Maintain retailer contact list within national chains cluster, conduct bi-annual review and update as required.
Prepare for retailer meetings as well as booking and setting up meeting room. Manage retailer documents. Collate and circulate meeting action points.
PROFILE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Highly proficient at Excel.
Commercially aware & ability to drive business performance.
Able to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
Previous experience in a similar role as a co-ordinator/executive in a National Accounts or Buying/Merchandising team is beneficial.
Boots experience desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, adaptable for delivery to a range of audiences.
Team player, ability to respond to rapidly changing demands.
Excellent planning & organisational skills.
