Remote, with 1 day a week (preferred Monday) on-site in Shire Hall, Gloucestershire The SAP Data Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the One Programme, with a specific focus on the One SAP initiative for the Council. Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Develop and deliver integrated data analysis and reporting that support the programme's objectives, Data Migration and Cutover Plans. Create comprehensive data reports, including data visualisations, dashboards, and online material, ensuring effective evaluation as part of programme delivery. Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the ERP transformation process. Collaborate with the One SAP Procurement Team to understand strategic outcomes and requirements.

Data Management:

Create and manage data repositories (e.g., SharePoint) to ensure best data management practices.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work with stakeholders across the council to ensure seamless data integration and management. Provide support as required to other team members.

Key Requirements:

Knowledge of local and central government procurement processes. Familiarity with reporting tools and techniques to extract and present data effectively. Experience with SAP Ariba Guided Buying and Sourcing. Experience with data visualisation tools like Power BI is a plus. Configuration, customisation, and support of Ariba SRM modules. Generating and analysing reports in Ariba SRM. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to mentor and support team members. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity. Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
