Job Overview We are seeking a highly organised and reliable Office Administrator to join our team to cover Maternity Leave. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in various computer applications, and have a strong ability to multitask. The ideal candidate must also have office experience. Duties: Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and polite manner Greet visitors and help them with any queries they may have Organise and schedule appointments and meetings Maintain an organised filing system for both electronic and paper documents Gather the relevant information for quotation purposes Assist with basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning and mailing Assist with special projects as assigned Experience: Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Address Books & basic computer skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to work alone Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
