£25,696 - £28,176 depending on experience, plus an 8.5% shift allowance and sleep-in rate. This is a 37-hour post with a mixture of days and afternoons, as well as sleep-ins on a rota basis, and there is a requirement to work every other weekend. Job Details:
Be 50/50 with being hands-on with personal care and medication while supporting care staff. Perform appraisals and step in for the senior team. Lead the shift in supervising support workers. Oversee staff rotas ensuring they reflect the identified need for service delivery. Work with clients with ADHD and other complex needs, including dementia, aged between 18-85 years. Be actively involved in care plans. Be a positive role model at all times. Perform any other duties that may be reasonably required. Minimum Requirements:
