The successful applicant will undertake such duties as: Booking patient appointments Registering patients, including permanent and temporary registrations Handling telephone enquiries which will include receiving and making telephone calls as required ensuring accuracy and detail are recorded as necessary Working as part of Front of House / Patient Reception / Patient Relations Team Document processing and scanning Filing / retrieval of patient notes Clinical Coding Summarizing Data entry and checking Patient referrals The above list is not exhaustive, and the successful candidate may be asked to undertake other tasks as appropriate. For the right candidate, we are offering full-time work, 5 days a week, 1.00pm - 6.00pm including extended access 2 nights a week on a rota basis. The hourly rate is minimum wage based on age. You will be required to contribute to the team's sickness and holiday rota cover being flexible at short notice. NHS Pension is available, and you will be subject to completing a six-month probationary period.
