We are a dynamic well-established company working within the Construction Industry seeking an enthusiastic and creative Social Media Executive to manage and enhance our social media presence. Social Media Management : Manage and maintain all company social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring content is consistent with our brand’s tone, style, and values. Content Creation : Produce high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including photography, videos, graphics, and copywriting. Content Strategy : Develop and implement content calendars, campaigns, and social media strategies to drive engagement and reach business goals. Community Engagement : Respond to comments, messages, and reviews across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive online community. Analytics and Reporting : Track social media performance, provide insights, and adjust strategies based on analytics to improve engagement and growth. Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall brand messaging and marketing campaigns. Additional Opportunities:

Website Management : As the role evolves, there may be an opportunity to take over the management of our company website. Prior experience in web management (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) would therefore be desirable. Skills and Experience Required:

Proven experience in social media management and content creation, including photography, graphic design, and copywriting. Proficiency in using social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content. Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and design. Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Prior experience with website management (e.g., WordPress, content updates) is desirable. Essential Requirements:

Must be based near Epping Essex or be willing to commute to the office. Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (required for commuting to the office). This is an office-based position. Why Join Us?
