The role includes the following responsibilities:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to benchmark key products and determine product positioning. Define Ideal Customer Profiles (Personas) for marketing campaigns and execute lead generation initiatives targeting distributors and direct customers. Nurture unqualified leads through newsletters, case studies, and other relevant content. Create and maintain both unqualified and qualified sales channel pipelines. Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance the company’s market position and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels. Manage and update websites. Oversee the implementation of SEO and web search ranking plans. Design and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotions to drive lead generation and customer retention. Create and manage branded materials, including presentations, datasheets, case studies, and newsletters. Plan and manage promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows in collaboration with the sales team. Provide regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and ROI to senior management. ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Passion for marketing with a proven track record of measurable results. Experience in digital marketing, customer segmentation, and marketing program development. Strong analytical skills with a focus on working to clear KPIs. Ability to create high-quality marketing materials, including written, visual, and video content. Excellent communication and presentation skills - both oral and written. Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Zoho & Microsoft Dynamics. Experience in maintaining accurate campaign data. Knowledge of SEO strategies and social media management. Exceptional organizational and planning skills with attention to detail. Experience in demand creation and lead acquisition campaigns. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, with experience producing strategic presentations for senior management.
