This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days per week in our Boston or Wakefield, MA office. How You’ll Make an Impact The B2B Email Copywriter will be a key player in creating compelling email campaigns that drive customer engagement and fuel business growth. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects across various Epsilon products and industries, directly impacting our marketing and sales success. This role will enable you to create impactful messaging that resonates with our target audience. The B2B Email Copywriter reports to the Email Channel Lead and collaborates closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute successful email marketing campaigns. You'll craft compelling narratives that showcase the value of Epsilon's solutions to our clients. By analyzing campaign performance data and applying insights to your copy, you'll continuously optimize your work to achieve maximum impact and drive measurable results. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading marketing technology company while showcasing your skills in email copywriting, data analysis, and strategic marketing. What You’ll Achieve Write personalized, audience-centric copy for brand, product, and sales outreach campaigns, building more valuable experience in B2B marketing. Hone your skills in translating creative briefs into compelling narratives, and refining copy based on A/B testing, campaign metrics, and performance insights. Keep up to date on the latest digital trends and technologies to ensure your work remains relevant and effective. Directly contribute to achieving Epsilon's revenue goals, enhancing customer relationships and establishing Epsilon as a leader in the marketing technology space. Who You Are What you’ll bring with you:

5+ years of B2B email copywriting experience. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Deep understanding of email marketing best practices, including subject line optimization and deliverability best practices. Proven ability to write compelling and engaging email copy that resonates with target audiences. Experience tailoring email content for various stages of the customer journey. Understanding of sales strategies and experience working with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). Flawless grammar, attention to detail, and a knack for storytelling within brand guidelines. Ability to analyze campaign performance data and apply insights to optimize future campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Email Service Providers (ESPs) such as Marketo, Eloqua, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
