Manage telephone calls professionally and promptly. Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries. Provide basic information to visitors about the healthcare institution. Handle booking and scheduling of appointments. Maintain a clean and tidy reception area. Support with administrative tasks as needed. The Successful Applicant A successful Receptionist should have: 2-3+ years experience in a similar role Preferably have background in the healthcare industry. Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A professional appearance and attitude. The ability to multitask and handle stress in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to providing excellent customer service. What's on Offer A competitive salary in the range of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum. The chance to work in a supportive and professional environment in London.
