Strategic Business Development Director

to lead groundbreaking initiatives in the UK. This pivotal role combines

strategic selling , programmatic business development, and operational leadership, driving impactful brand collaborations and reshaping the future of retail.

Responsibilities

Strategic Selling:

Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to secure brand collaborations and partnerships.

Programmatic Growth:

Lead the creation and implementation of data-driven business development plans to maximize client engagement and ROI.

Operational Leadership:

Oversee UK operations and ensure seamless execution of initiatives while preparing for European expansion.

Innovative Activations:

Design forward-thinking collaboration calendars featuring bespoke activations for brands.

Brand Partnerships:

Cultivate strong relationships with experiential agencies, event spaces, and brand activation firms to foster collaborative opportunities.

Proposal Development:

Craft and deliver compelling pitches emphasizing exclusivity, synergy, and measurable outcomes.

Market Expansion:

Identify and pursue opportunities in emerging retail and experiential spaces.

Skills & Experience Required Strategic Vision and Leadership:

Proven ability to define and execute strategic business development initiatives at a senior leadership level. Experience driving innovation and creating long-term growth strategies.

High-Impact Sales Expertise:

Extensive experience in closing high-value deals and managing large-scale partnerships with top-tier brands. Strong track record in programmatic and consultative selling, emphasizing measurable ROI and business outcomes.

Operational Leadership:

Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and overseeing operations at a regional or national level. Expertise in scaling business operations across new geographies or markets.

Collaborative Relationship Building:

Deep understanding of building and nurturing partnerships with brands, experiential agencies, and industry stakeholders. Skilled in establishing long-term collaborations that drive mutual growth and innovation.

Market Insights and Industry Expertise:

Strong grasp of the UK and European retail landscapes, including emerging trends and experiential marketing innovations. Ability to identify untapped market opportunities and translate them into actionable strategies.

Analytical and Strategic Thinking:

Data-driven decision-making with the ability to analyze complex information and optimize business performance. Strong financial acumen to assess deal profitability and forecast market trends.

Key Attributes:

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think big, act decisively, and lead confidently. A passion for creating transformative customer experiences and redefining industry standards.

Salary:
