Your Responsibilities: You will be responsible for promoting ADM’s Health & Wellness ingredient portfolio to pet customers in EMEA. Independently manage customers in assigned territories, assuming business development and key account responsibilities. Close sales with new and current customers for orders, adding additional products and line extensions. Collaborate with internal Marketing, Regulatory and Legal teams to support customers' needs. Participate in management meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives. Set up and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations and other sales actions. Occasionally travel and attend sales events, exhibits, and trade shows. Support internal positions in the management of customer pipeline through lead and contact relationship management systems (Salesforce). Coordinate with internal support teams for the management of new opportunities and current orders. Your Profile: Experience in biotics, functional ingredients or supplements within the pet industry. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business and/or science. 2-5 years of sales experience in an Account Manager role with experience in contact/lead management – B2B. Specific experience in the pet industry and management of companion animal accounts. Strong analytical / P&L experience. Strong problem recognition and resolution skills. Aptitude for working both as a team member and individual contributor. Project and timeline management skills for development and sale of new products. Professional presentation development and delivery through concise written and visual representations. Exceptional verbal/written communication and presentation skills. Strong time management and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
