General Manager - Slug & Lettuce, Chelmsford
Salary – Up to £48,000 p.a. plus Bonuses

Support, coach, mentor and develop your team Create and deliver a vision for your business Ensure standards and compliance are continuous Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests About Us: Slug & Lettuce Chelmsford is in the heart of busy Chelmsford nightlife and entertainment area, occupying a gorgeous riverside location with outside and balcony seating – making it a must-go venue during those hot summer days and nights! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to take the lead at Slug and Lettuce Chelmsford. As General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business, fostering a culture of excellence throughout the business and the team alike. You will ideally have proven experience as General Manager in a business that successfully delivers high brunch sales at weekends, huge cocktail volumes, as well as operating an all-day dining business that really turns up the fun dial going into the weekends with DJ led party nights, creating those unforgettable Insta moments. As General Manager, we want you to be able to create fun in the business as well as having fun! You’ll relish the chance to be a party starter, making it a place that the team wants to work, and your customers just can’t get enough of! Requirements: In a nutshell, if you have experience as a General Manager, running a large volume business, have a good working knowledge of operating a branded menu, and can demonstrate leading a large team while driving sales and profit - not forgetting having fun at work – we want to hear from you!
