As a Contracts Manager, you'll be at the heart of our commercial operations, playing a critical role in shaping our business success. We'll offer you the chance to develop your skills further, take on new challenges, and progress rapidly. Your Role: Commercial Governance:

Ensure and maintain effective governance in line with our policies and procedures. Contract Management:

Oversee the entire life cycle of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing various agreements. Customer Relations:

Liaise with customers on contractual matters, maintaining and building positive business relationships. Bids and Proposals:

Contribute to the commercial aspects of bids and draft terms and conditions. Team Leadership:

Support less experienced team members with their career development. About You: You'll need to be confident and organized with the ability to identify key risk areas in contract terms and lead contract negotiations. You'll be self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach, and happy to work in an environment where priorities can change quickly. In addition, we'd like you to also have: A relevant degree or a minimum of 3 years commercial contracts experience. Experience with US Federal Acquisition FARS/DFARS and UK MOD DEFONs. Knowledge of UK, Europe, and US Export regulations. Experience with contract management software - Cobblestones would be great! A valid driving license. Due to the nature of the role, you must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
