Hybrid
working role - 3 days in Office & 2 at Home. Salary: Fully Negotiable - highly competitive rate of pay for the role which is negotiable based on experience + Great Benefits. Responsibilities: Act as a member of the leadership team to drive success. Develop the brand's strategic marketing plan, identifying budget requirements and creative approaches, and accountable to meet targets, deliver on-time and on-budget. Coordinate the development of high-quality, consistent and customer-focused marketing campaigns, collateral and digital assets. Deliver successful product launches by liaising with product management, engineering, sales and business unit head. Manage brand equity and positioning. Manage planning, creation and distribution of all product photography, video - including case studies, digital content. Manage B2B publications and other traditional marketing channels. Implement a content marketing strategy across digital channels, including but not limited to: social media, website, digital advertising, geotargeting, and email campaigning. Lead and implement website development strategy (UX + content). Oversee and implement comprehensive SEO/SEM strategies. Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, promote brand loyalty and generate leads. Analyze and deliver regular reporting of digital performance and ROI. Identify trends and insights in the digital marketing industry. Work with Head of Marketing on trade show objectives, brand/messaging, lead capture and ROI planning. The Ideal Candidate: Degree in marketing, mass communication, journalism, public relations or business, focus in digital marketing a plus. 5+ years related experience in marketing, sales, product management or related field. B2B experience in heavy equipment is preferred, as is experience working for a global brand. Proficient in using CRM (Hubspot), Website CMS, marketing automation tools, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Illustrator) and digital analytical tracking tools. Knowledge of AI use in marketing a plus. Strong trade show and project management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle unexpected challenges that may arise during trade show planning. The ability to multi-task and be nimble to changing priorities. Demonstrated experience developing and measuring high impact marketing programs.
