Ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the finance and insurance function. Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers and provide them with a thorough explanation of products. Process finance and insurance transactions accurately and obtain approval and payment through approved sources. Effectively communicate with dealerships within the group, taking responsibility for reviewing and approving all vehicle purchases prior to invoicing and delivery. Take an active role in observing and driving policies relating to FCA and GDPR. Required skills:

Preferred knowledge of UK motor retail industry regulations, consumer protection laws, and industry best practices related to vehicle sales. Proven experience in a compliance role within the motor retail industry, preferably in a sales or dealership environment. Strong understanding of data protection and privacy laws, including GDPR compliance and ability to maintain online self-accreditation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify compliance risks and recommend appropriate solutions. Ability to negotiate profitable transactions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to enable you to build good customer relationships.
