Work closely with project teams and business leaders to scope research projects with clients and Partners to support strategic business objectives. Early involvement in change projects to advise the team where consumer research is required. Support the Head of Consumer Research to prioritise testing and develop the wider research program in collaboration with business areas and rest of the team. Draw on knowledge from existing bank of data to ensure key themes are identified. Work with 3rd party providers to brief-in requirements identified. Manage research through to completion - maintaining process and governance rigour. Work with wider research team to report results to key partners and governance groups across the business, including the Content community. Track impact that the research has made - ensuring action has been taken on the back of it and reporting that change. Identify and raise risks presented in research data collected. Ensure consumer duty requirements for consumer understanding are met. Find opportunities for continuous improvement. Who we’re looking for:
Previous working experience with 3rd parties preferred and/or demonstrable success of successful Stakeholder management and organisational ability such as project management. Good understanding of the SJP business and the different departments. Strong interpersonal skills enabling cross-departmental collaboration and the ability to develop productive relationships. Confidence to challenge when necessary. Able to communicate brief, negotiate fee and steer the design and execution of research with external agencies. What's in it for you?
