Data Analytics and Management Information Lead

to help us enhance our approach to talent data and reporting. This is a unique opportunity to work across functions, delivering robust data analytics solutions that will empower business leaders to make better, more informed decisions. You'll be instrumental in reshaping how we track and measure performance, supporting our strategic priorities, and contributing to the success of the business. What You’ll Do Lead the development and delivery of an enhanced data analytics and MI approach for the talent team. Assess current reporting requirements and methodologies, recommending and implementing improvements. Translate business needs into technical reporting requirements and develop solutions that deliver actionable insights. Prepare and deliver analytics that tie directly to our strategic goals, presenting data in a way that tells a compelling story for leadership. Contribute innovative ideas and collaborate with global teams to build a more robust data platform. Manage project scope, timelines, and execution to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Foster strong relationships with global, regional, and host reporting teams to leverage insights and drive alignment across the organization. Influence key stakeholders and drive change through effective communication and project management. What You Need to Succeed Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail. Ability to transform data into strategic insights that drive business decisions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of building trusted relationships across organizations. Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and collaborate with analytics teams. Commercial mindset with strong business acumen. Ability to thrive in complex, changing environments and manage ambiguity. Experience in data analytics tools, frameworks, and project management.
