Corporate Tax Associate Director Surrey Our client is a leading top 10 accounting firm and is currently looking for Corporate Tax Associate Director for the head office in Surrey. You will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding tax compliance and advisory services, working in a team that values individuality, collaboration, and innovation, while making a positive impact on your career, team, and clients alike. About the Role As an Associate Director, you'll join a high-performing tax team in the South region, collaborating with fantastic clients, including owner-managed businesses, middle-market organisations, and large multinational groups. You'll accelerate your skills and knowledge in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment while leading on exciting projects and initiatives. The Day to Day: Acting as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on compliance and tax planning matters. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing expert solutions tailored to their needs. Playing an active role in business development, including proposals, networking, and identifying growth opportunities. Leading, mentoring, and developing a growing team, sharing your knowledge and expertise. Staying updated on market trends and leveraging the firm's breadth of capabilities to enhance client outcomes. What We're Looking For: Our client values diverse perspectives and experiences. Here's what we're looking for in the ideal candidate: ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent (CTA qualification is advantageous). Extensive experience in corporate tax, with a mix of compliance and advisory expertise. A collaborative, approachable leader with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop others. A passion for business development and identifying new opportunities. Ambition to coach, manage, and inspire a team, embodying a "grow our own" mindset.
