in driving key initiatives. This role requires strong analytical acumen and the ability to translate insights into compelling narratives. The Strategy Analyst will be part of the strategy team which focuses on strategic planning & providing problem-solving support to the organization. The commercial strategy team’s key responsibilities are: Understanding the performance of our brands and the market dynamics in markets we operate in Formulating strategy for countries, brands and/or verticals Communicating brand strategies and how they will lead to business success Participating in step change projects with teams around the business to enable us to bring strategies to life and deliver success This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned. What you’ll do: Reporting directly to the Senior Strategy manager, you will: Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand market trends, business performance, and competitive positioning. Use advanced data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau) to extract, analyze, and interpret large data sets. Maintain a deep understanding of key performance metrics and develop dashboards for ongoing performance tracking. Proactively pursue sources of data and insight needed to complete analysis and ensure pace of progress and quality of analysis are maintained. Proactively seek out opportunities to optimize processes and improve data visibility. Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to gather relevant information and data needed for analysis. Contribute effectively to the work-streams of others on the team as required. Assist in building presentations that effectively communicate data-driven insights into clear-concise strategic narratives for stakeholders. What you’ll bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience in data analytics, or a business intelligence role. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, or other BI platforms. Experience with data visualization and storytelling through PowerPoint presentations. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret large sets of data and transform them into actionable insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently, demonstrating resourcefulness and initiative. Experience in building dashboards and automating reporting. Experience within the iGaming industry and understanding of our products is an advantage.
