We are looking to recruit a
Principal Electrical Engineer (Offshore)
for a 12-month contract, based in Leatherhead, Surrey.
On Offer: Competitive hourly pay rate Outside IR35, highly likely so engagement via a Ltd Co. permitted Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home Purpose of the Role:
This assignment is for brownfield modifications associated with the tie-in of a grid connection to an existing power system in FEED stage. Responsibilities:
Demonstrable experience of designing electrical systems for various energy transition projects for FEED and EPC work. Experience should include designs for offshore electrical distribution systems and brownfield modifications. Knowledge should include BP Standards and Grid Code requirements. Development of SLDs / load lists, sizing HV equipment, UPS systems, development of philosophies, specifications, and datasheets. NB:
