Job Description Developing and executing strategic procurement plans. Leading a large procurement and supply chain team. Managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts. Implementing innovative procurement solutions. Ensuring compliance with industry and company standards. Monitoring market trends in the property industry. Delivering cost-saving solutions and maintaining budget control. Regularly reporting to senior management on procurement activities. The Successful Applicant A successful 'Head of Procurement' should have: A degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the property industry. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Experience with strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management. Strong leadership and team management abilities. What's on Offer A competitive salary ranging between £76,455 and £93,335 per year. Flexible working patterns such as working from home and working compressed hours. A range of pension schemes and a healthcare scheme. Travel season ticket subsidies up to 75%. 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
