Group Financial Reporting Manager – Pioneering Energy Infrastructure Platform
Group Financial Reporting Manager sought by a high growth energy infrastructure platform spearheading the development of multi-£bn energy infrastructure projects.
Our client are pioneers in the energy infrastructure space and intend to deliver 10GW + of zero carbon electricity in the next few years.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and manage the monthly consolidation process of the management accounts (P&L, Balance sheet & Cash flow).
Statutory reporting and management of Group audit process.
Review and improve end-to-end monthly financial reporting processes for the Group, including consolidation of portfolio companies/SPVs.
Tax compliance.
Key Requirements:
Experience within the energy, infrastructure or construction sectors is
essential. Reporting: proven track record of establishing and implementing effective financial and performance reporting. Accounting systems: strong understanding of core accounting system (GL, consolidation, reporting package) and appreciation of core transactional processes (P2P, O2C, R2R). Comfortability with UK GAAP and IFRS. Qualified Accountant with 7 years + of experience. Scaling and growth: track record of adapting to a growing business is highly desirable.
