Private Client Senior Solicitor New Malden – £60,000 - £80,000 My client is a well-established and reputable law firm, currently on the lookout for a highly experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their team in South West London. Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

Conduct comprehensive consultations with private clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored legal advice in areas such as wills, trusts, and estate planning. Drafting and Review:

Prepare and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other relevant instruments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws. Estate Administration:

Oversee the administration of estates, guiding clients through the probate process and addressing any issues that may arise. Tax Planning:

Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies related to their estates, including inheritance tax planning and wealth preservation. Business Development:

Actively participate in business development initiatives, building and maintaining strong client relationships to enhance the firm's private client practice. Supervision and Mentorship:

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior solicitors and support staff within the private client department. The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Solicitor with 6 years of post-qualification experience in private client law. Strong expertise in wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning. Proven track record of handling complex private client matters and achieving successful outcomes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Preferably STEP qualified. Benefits:
