Job Scope: We are looking to recruit a dedicated Children Registered Manager to lead a newly established home designed to accommodate up to three young people with emotional and/or behavioural difficulties. This home is built upon a Dyadic Developmental Practice (DDP) framework, ensuring a therapeutic and nurturing environment that prioritises the well-being of the young people in its care.

The Children Registered Manager will oversee daily operations, supported by a Deputy Manager and Senior Support Workers, ensuring the highest standards of care. With a solid foundation already in place, including positive relationships with the local authority, secured planning permissions, and completed registration paperwork, the Children Registered Manager will step into a role ready for success. The home is prepared for Ofsted registration, providing a unique opportunity to lead a service that is meticulously designed to succeed.

Do you have?

Demonstrated experience managing an Ofsted-registered children's home, ensuring compliance and exceptional care standards. Open to Deputy Managers seeking to advance into a Registered Manager role with proven leadership potential. Strong dedication to providing the highest quality of care for children and young people, fostering positive outcomes.
