Forsyth Barnes have partnered with a leading organization in media and entertainment, supporting a key role to lead contractor-led build and refresh projects for a high-profile franchise estate portfolio. The role spans planning, execution, and evaluation of CAPEX projects across rail, airport, and roadside assets. Reporting to the Director of Programmes, the Project Manager will lead and deliver high-quality CAPEX projects that enhance the outdoor estate and digital display standards. Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans, manage all phases of the project lifecycle, and ensure timely delivery while adhering to goals and objectives. Oversee project expenditures, collaborate with finance and procurement teams, and ensure projects remain within approved budgets. Act as the primary liaison for internal teams and external contractors, fostering alignment on project objectives and maintaining strong relationships. Ensure all projects meet regulatory, safety, and environmental standards, adhering to company policies and industry regulations. Implement robust quality control measures, conduct site inspections, and ensure projects meet high build and operational standards. Maintain accurate project records, prepare progress reports for senior management, and compile comprehensive closeout documentation. Experience Required

At least 3 years of experience managing CAPEX projects, ideally within construction, engineering, or digital industries. Proven track record in delivering installation and commissioning projects on airport, rail or highway. Experience working within NEC3/4 or similar contract management frameworks, including managing contractors and suppliers. Familiarity with CDM Regulations 2015 and a demonstrated commitment to safety-first site management and auditing. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project or Primavera) and Microsoft Office, with strong analytical skills for risk management and problem-solving. Happy to undergo a CRC / DBS check for airport clearance.
