Croydon, London, Brighton, Cambridge, Birmingham, Newcastle The People Systems Manager will lead the strategic direction, oversight, and optimisation of the company’s global HR technology SAP Success Factors and other associated people systems. This role will be responsible for driving the overall HR technology strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders, working with a small team of specialists responsible for operating and enhancing the global people systems. This role oversees the planning, design, development and delivery of effective people systems and defines the future roadmap and strategy for HR technology through collaboration with key stakeholders. The role will work in partnership with the Global People leadership team, operational HR professionals and the IT functions to ensure the overall people systems landscape is continuously improving and driving efficiency across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities: In partnership with the people leadership team identify people systems requirements as a part of the global people strategy and drive implementation. Align SAP Success Factors and other associated people systems functionality with strategic business goals ensuring that it supports recruitment, talent management, reporting and compliance across all regions. Work alongside fellow people systems colleagues and HR leads to define strategy and roadmap development, taking a strategic, long term and commercial view. Use networks and technical learning to keep up to date with innovations and trends in the HR technology sector. Partner with external consultants to ensure effective enhancement, operation and optimisation of Success Factors. Strategic partnering with management teams across the business, providing suggested solutions to enable efficient delivery of strategic goals and embedding business change. Ensure the Company’s investment in our global HR platforms is maximised, by identifying opportunities for optimisation and ensuring that these are delivered globally. Consult and collaborate with IT, HR and business leaders to ensure Success Factors and associated people systems deliver value across the entire organisation. Manage the planning and delivery requirements of ongoing system releases for Success Factors and associated people systems. Ensure that data governance and security processes and requirements are followed and in place. Act as a point of technical escalation for the support team to unblock obstacles for operational team leads. Collaborate with fellow people system leads to achieve successful project outcomes and establish system roadmap planning. Minimum Requirements: Previous leadership experience within a People Systems function. Strong technical understanding of HR systems and their integration with other applications. Experience of working with SAP Success Factors and SAP ecosystem partner products and solutions. In depth functional knowledge of end-to-end HR processes. Knowledge of data governance and security including GDPR legislation. Experience of working with ERP systems and a demonstrable understanding of how modules should interact. Highly effective communication skills and ability to influence across a global team. Good organisational, planning and project management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including translating raw data into clear and meaningful information. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous system improvement. Experience driving change management programs, ensuring seamless transitions for people systems. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to look at the wider picture. Ability to translate business requirements into systems solutions. Ability to write database queries (e.g SQL developer), analyse data using a variety of formulae/functions and present data in an appropriate format. Experience of working in a global organisation.
